Where do you deliver?
We deliver within 80km of Landsdale, Western Australia.
What days/times do you deliver?
We deliver Monday to Saturday between 9:00am and 3:00pm.
During our busy periods, please be aware that orders may be delivered before or after this time frame.
What happens if no one is home?
If no one answers the door, we will do our best to leave the box in a safe place only if there is no risk of the product being impacted by the elements. We will then text the recipients to let them know there is a delivery by the door.
Please leave a delivery note if you want your delivery in a specific spot. If the recipient won’t be home, it is recommended that you leave an esky out.
Do you offer pick ups?
Yes, we absolutely offer pick-ups for your Douquets! However, please note that this service is available only on designated days. If you would like to pick up your order, please email us hello@thedouquet.au for further information.
Can I place a corporate / event order?
Yes absolutely! Our Douquets make the perfect gift for clients, staff and celebrations.
Orders can be customised with a colour theme to suit your company/event.

Can I customise a box?
Yes! We give you an option to customise your box via the add on function.
If you wish to customise your box further with either a colour theme, particular donuts, chocolates or lollies please email us at hello@thedouquet.au to discuss if this is possible. Additional fees may apply.
What if I need to request a delivery time?
If you would like to request a delivery time, please contact us, and we will see if we can accommodate your request. Due to the volume of deliveries, we cannot always guarantee an exact delivery time.
Can you deliver to an apartment or unit complex?
Yes, we do deliver to apartment or unit complexes! However, someone must be home to accept the delivery, as we cannot leave the box unattended in front of an apartment complex.
What happens if I provide you with an invalid address?
If the address provided is invalid, we will do our best to contact you using the provided phone number. If we are unable to do so, we will bring the box back to our location, and you will have to come and collect it.
Do your boxes contain traces of nuts?
Yes, our boxes may contain traces of nuts. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee our products will not contain traces of nuts.
How long do the donuts and cookies last?
When kept in an airtight container, our donuts can last up to 24 hours and cookies up to 12 days. You can also freeze them for later!
Terms And Conditions
Delivery
We deliver within the Perth Metro Area from Monday to Saturday. Deliveries occur between 9:00am and 3:00pm on the delivery day you select. We are unable to specify an exact time for the delivery. The delivery fee is payable in addition to the cost of your order and will be populated at checkout. We recommend that you use a business address if it is likely that the recipient won’t be home for the delivery. The Douquet requests that the recipient be available to receive the delivery on the day or an esky if left outside the residence.
DelIvery Schedule
While we always strive to meet our delivery schedule, unforeseen circumstances may be beyond our control, leading to minor delays in the specified time frames. We cannot take responsibility for these unforeseen circumstances; however, please be aware that we make every effort to ensure your goods arrive on time.
LIquor InformatIon
Any alcohol included in our Bouquets does not surpass 2 litres and is designed to be delivered as a gift. The Bouquets are packaged and presented explicitly as gifts, clearly indicating their gift nature. Delivery of the gift is restricted to another adult apart from the purchaser.
For all gifts containing alcohol, please ensure the recipient is over 18 years old and available for delivery. ID will be required upon delivery.

The customer must provide clear and accurate delivery instructions when placing their order.
The Douquet retains records for proof of delivery and remains exempt from any liability or responsibility for loss or damage arising as a result of parcels being left safely and securely at unattended premises and/or due to an incident arising from 'returned, melted, infested or undelivered' products.
CancellatIon PolIcy
Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. However, orders that are already prepared, dispatched, or in transit cannot be cancelled or refunded. Cancellation of an order will incur a $15.00 administration fee. Money will be refunded less this fee.
Cancellation is void if it is received in less than 48 hours. The cancellation notice must be sent via email to hello@thedouquet.au.
Orders cannot be cancelled on the day of delivery. If the customer needs the box re-delivered on the day of delivery, a $20 administration fee will be charged, or a free pickup option will be available.
We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. Store credit may be issued.
Wrong Address
If the customer's delivery address is incorrect or insufficient details are provided, Douquet cannot accept responsibility for any resulting loss. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate details at the time of placing the order.
When an incorrect address is supplied, the box will be directed to The Douquet and will be available for pickup until the end of the day. Should you fail to pick up your order before the end of the day, the box will be disposed of as products no longer remain fresh. It is a commitment by The Douquet that all products are delivered at the highest quality. A decision will be made to dispose of any redirected products, once returned, at the discretion of The Douquet.
Re-delivery on the same day cannot always be guaranteed.
In the case of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, it is the customer’s responsibility to decide whether they would like to purchase another box and have it delivered to the correct address on a different day.
Product
The Douquet does not take any responsibility for the content of messages sent from a sender to a recipient. Messages are not altered or censored by The Douquet and are sent as requested by the sender.
